Stylish 1BR Condo by the TBK Sports Complex

There was only one washcloth for two people. 2 towels. We had to go out and buy our own towels and washcloths. The washing machine leaks that never got fixed while we were there. lightbulbs were out. huge cobweb in the bathroom and not very clean. All vents dirty and dusty. One towel for the kitchen a dirty old sponge we opened up the new one that was there so that was good. Definitely not by the TBK complex. Toilet seat was broke when we got there. Was that way when we checked in. Back outdoor light doesn’t work. Black mold on wall in garage. Vacuum cleaner completely full, had to empty that for the cleaning people. We used it to help. It was pet friendly that made it easy for us bringing our dog. Just overall not very clean.

The area is good. The condo is wonderful. Perfect for me and my cat while visiting family over the holiday.

Had a great stay in Bettendorf. The host did a great job communicating. The Condo was clean and welcoming. This was a great option for a business trip to the Quad Cities and this place is close to everything!

Nicely restored 1br condo. Stayed while visiting family.

Very nice. Stairs wouldn't be for everybody, those with issues, but lovely spot, fully equipped, great location, easy in and out.
