Davenport Delight - 2BR Apartment w/ Garage

Nice place.

Accommodation was great, washer/internet was not working properly. So, I went to laundromat and Starbucks nearby, communicating with host was easy and the area is safe. I would love to stay again.

Convenient location to downtown at affordable cost. Positive: The apartment was clean and neat. Negative: There did not appear to be a key entry from outside garage door in back. So we didn’t use the garage but just parked in the back.

I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since it is a busy road. There was also quite a bit of trash left on the side of the house. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you
