Pet Friendly & Spacious 3BR + Garage in Silvis

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the cleanliness and condition of the rental property. While check-in was seamless, the state of the home was unacceptable given the price and cleaning fees paid.During the first 24 hours, I encountered several insects, including one on a blanket, which made me very uncomfortable. The property appears to have been renovated recently but not properly maintained; it seemed as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. Additionally, the pillows had a noticeable odor, and the master bedroom smelled of wet dog. While the home is pet-friendly, the smell was pervasive and only temporarily masked by air fresheners.I expect a rental to be spotless, particularly when a cleaning fee is charged. I strongly suggest that the home receive professional pest treatment and a thorough deep cleaning before hosting future guests.

Perfect place to stay with a dog. Great location and affordable. Not fancy but it had everything we needed.

Host was great, super communication. House had a musty smell. Couch and chair were stained.

Well equipped comfortable home. Great for the price.
